Every year Cheekwood has a Day of the Dead celebration and every year I miss it. This year I visited Cheekwood a couple of days following the celebration to see the Chihuly exhibit before it ended. I had the good fortune to stumble upon the remnants of Dia De Los Muertos chalk art before the rain made it disappear. Next year I am determined to take in the festivities. I better mark my calendar now!
